Our Fees
We will act exclusively on your behalf.
A registration fee of ZAR 2000 (£85.00) will be required for a four week contractual period, refundable on your property purchase.
South Africa’s estate agencies secure ‘exclusive’ sales mandates and prefer to show their clients these properties. To ensure our clients view a range of appropriate properties we work with all the estate agencies receiving a commission for successful sales.
Our Service Includes
- A half day tour of the Cape Peninsula, describing the key features of the various areas to identify preferred locations.
- Compiling and reviewing a short list of appropriate properties.
- Organising viewings with the estate agents.
- Attending the negotiation with the sales agent including the ‘subject to’ clauses.
- Introductions to legal and financial services, where required.
- General advice on all aspects of local home ownership
